Big Brother Rises

Recently I found out about a little phenomenon called the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA). This is an issue of international importance as it is being considered by many, many governments the world over and would contain legislation to prosecute someone based only on an accusation, without benefit of a trial.

I think the most disturbing thing about this is that despite being known to the public for sometime now, the proceedings are still being carried on “behind closed doors” by so many governments. Also, this information has not come into the greater public consciousness in a huge way yet, and that is unsettling.

The internet has proven time and time again to be a powerful weapon to fight this kind of ridiculousness, so get the word out people. Let’s make our governments accountable and let them know this is not o.k.

Pouring Blessings & the Sweetness Of Gratitude

Just giving a shout out to the universe for throwing me blessings in unexpected ways yet again.

How wonderful is life! How incredible that massive opportunity will arrive just at the moment when we are most unsure of which path to take from the crossroads. It never rains, it pours…truer words were never spoken. It pours sweet honey rain.
